Coming this fall! Fun one-hour programs that include a story, craft or guided play for pre-school kids and their grown-up.  Feel free to bring a bagged lunch and play on our wooden train play structure afterwards, and watch the trains go by! Space is limited, and we fill up fast!  Online pre-registration is required.  Please review Class Policy & Procedures before registering for class. 

Wig Wag Preschool Program

Get your ticket to Wig Wag FUN!  Each session will be a little different - we will make a steam engine, mix up our own play-do, "work" on the rairoad and more! Songs and stories will keep us busy throughout our adventures!!

Cargo Clay! Freight trains carry grains, salt oil, and more. We'll use some of these cargo items to make our own batch of cargo clay. Allergy note: clay recipe contains flour.

I've been working on the railroad! Practice your railroad building skills and see how many railroad ties you can hammer into place.

We will be serving up some fun as we pretend to be Harvey House workers and customers. *We will also be decorating sacks to be used in the local Lunches of Love program.

October 20

They'll be coming 'round the mountain... Follow the clues as we go on a scavenger hunt across the museum grounds exploring the various exhibits.

Can you hear that? Why do trains blow their horns? We'll get a little noisy in this class as we talk about that sound!
