Download the Event Information Sheet, which includes the Vendor Application Form. You may return the form to the Museum at your convenience, either in person or by mail, on or before September 12, 2014.
The number of craft/merchandise booths are limited to 10, and the number of food booths are limited to 5. They will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. Date and time of receipt of payment determines the order of assignment.
PAY BY MAIL:
You may mail your check along with your application. The payment deadline is September 12th, so please allow time for its receipt.
